As we have products from manufacturers across the world it will take between 2-3 weeks of business days for delivery. We also provide tracking information as soon as the item gets shipped so you can track your shipment for updates.
We deliver products worldwide, items can sometimes get stuck in customs for a bit while they are processed. If you haven't received the order in the above mentioned time please contact us.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to guarantee if you have reached us after mentioned time frame.
Our packers are pretty great at getting your order fulfiledl completely, rarely they may accidentally leave an item out from the order. If this happens don't worry and reach us out at email@example.com or fill this form and we will sort it out for you.
We might ask you of a photo of what you have received for the purpose of verification.
Your order may be subject to customs charges, depending on which country you are shipping it to. We advise you check your country's customs policy before ordering. We can't refund charges paid to customs.
We believe in prioritizing customer satisfaction above all. That's why we have a 30-days refund policy. The 30-day period begins from the date your order is marked as delivered. Unfortunately, we won't be able to offer you a refund if you have reached 30 days from the date of delivery.
Please do not send returns to the same address as on the shipping label. Our customer service team will provide you with the address you need to return the product, simply reach out to us at email@example.com.
Please ensure you verify your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect addresses.
Our packers take maximum care to ensure that all orders are packaged strong enough to resist damage to the products and packaging while transportation. However, a small number of orders may come with damage to the packaging of the product.
We can only process the refund on damaged packaging within 30 days of the order being marked as delivered.
If this scenario arises, we will be happy to provide a 20% refund as an apology for any inconvenience. Moreover, if you do not wish to keep the product, then you will have to return the item to us for a full refund.
